释义	合同是否可以自动解除，以劳动合同为例，劳动合同不存在自动解除的问题，这是一种错误的提法和认识。合同到期不续签是终止而非解除，不要将二者混为一谈。任何解除行为都是要办理离职手续的，否则就不视为解除。既然要办理离职手续，就不存在自动解除的问题。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第三十六条，用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
