释义	根据法律规定，直系血亲是禁止结婚的，但是除此之外，三代以内旁系血亲也是禁止结婚的法定情形。三代以内旁系血亲系指同源于祖(外祖)父母的旁系血亲。如侄(女)、外甥(女)、堂兄弟姐妹、姑舅表兄弟姐妹、姨表兄弟姐妹等。法律依据《民法典》第一千零五十一条，有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
