释义	进入破产程序一定会注销吗公司破产进入破产程序后，公司不一定会注销的，公司可以进行破产重整或者破产和解，重整或者和解通过的，企业就不用注销。《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第一百二十一条管理人应当自破产程序终结之日起十日内，持人民法院终结破产程序的裁定，向破产人的原登记机关办理注销登记。第一百二十二条管理人于办理注销登记完毕的次日终止执行职务。但是，存在诉讼或者仲裁未决情况的除外。
