释义	法律分析：父子借条是有效的。父子之前产生借贷法律关系的话，那么是依然有效的，并不因为双方之间的亲属关系而无效，具体而言，父子之间的欠条，同样属于借贷关系，对当事人是具有效力的，但如果涉及到第三方债权人，以父子的借贷关系对抗第三方的，涉嫌恶意对抗第三人之嫌疑。所以父子借条也是合法有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
