释义	法律分析：除非有明确的证据证明所签订的合同非自己的真实意思表示，但这在实务中基本是不可能的。所以，即使合同没看清楚就签了，合同也自签订之日起就发生了法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
