释义	职业年金是可以转企业年金。如果缴纳职业年金和或是企业年金的人员，因为工作单位发生变动，其缴纳的职业年金或是企业年金是可以随同转移的，但前提前条件是新就业的单位是缴纳了职业年金或是企业年金才能转移。《机关事业单位职业年金办法》第八条工作人员变动工作单位时，职业年金个人账户资金可以随同转移。工作人员升学、参军、失业期间或新就业单位没有实行职业年金或企业年金制度的，其职业年金个人账户由原管理机构继续管理运营。新就业单位已建立职业年金或企业年金制度的，原职业年金个人账户资金随同转移。
