央企职工工龄退休规定是什么呢 |

国家法定的企业职工正常退休年龄是：男职工年满60周岁。女职工退休时在企业管理岗位的（不分干部和工人），凡在管理岗位连续工作满10年的，其退休年龄按55周岁执行；退休时在企业工人岗位的女职工（不分干部和工人），凡在工人岗位连续工作满5年的，其退休年龄按50周岁执行。不具备上述条件的女职工，仍按照国务院国发（1978）104号文件规定的干部和工人的退休年龄执行。国发[1978]104号文件规定的企业职工退休年龄是：男职工满竖亏60周岁，女干部年满55周岁，女工人满50周岁。从事井下、高空、高温、特别繁重体力劳动或其他有害身体健康工作（以下称特殊工种）的，退休年龄为男年满55周岁、女年满45周岁。因蠢祥病或因工致伤，由医院证明并经劳动鉴定委员会确认完全丧失劳动能力的，退休年龄为男年满50周岁、女年满45周岁。
法律依据:
《国务院关于工人退休、退职的暂行办法》 第一条 全民所有制企业、事业单位和国家带纤搏机关、人民团体的工人，符合下列条件之一的，应该退休：（一）男年满六十周岁，女年满五十周岁，连续工龄满十年的。（二）从事井下、高空、高温、特别繁重体力劳动或者其他有害身体健康的工作，男年满五十五周岁、女年满四十五周岁，连续工龄满十年的。本项规定也适用于工作条件与工人相同的基层干部。（三）男年满五十周岁，女年满四十五周岁，连续工龄满十年，由医院证明，并经劳动鉴定委员会确认，完全丧失劳动能力的。（四）因工致残，由医院证明，并经劳动鉴定委员会确认，完全丧失劳动能力的。
