释义	法律分析：合同成立后，还未到生效时间的，原则上是可以撤销的。但是需要经过双方当事人的协商，双方当事人的意思表示达成一致的，可以撤销该未生效的合同，如果没有达成一致，则可能无法单方撤销。如果单方撤销的行为给对方当事人带来损失的，对方当事人可以要求承担相应的赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
