《严禁中小学校和在职中小学教师有偿补课的规定》 第四条 各地教育部门要将在职教师是否组织或参与有偿补课，作为年度考核、职务评审、岗位聘用、实施奖惩的重要依据，实行一票否决制。中小学校领导要带头执行规定，坚决杜绝学校组织或参与有偿补课行为，并加强对教师从教行为的管理。积极构建学校、教师、学生、家长及社会广泛参与的监督体系，畅通和公开举报渠道，主动接受社会监督。
