释义	法律分析: 传统习俗一般来讲，按照我国的传统习俗，彩礼钱是要归父母的。因为我国自古以来就有着“嫁出去的女儿，泼出去的水”的说法，因此对于男方而言，送给女方家的彩礼实际上就等于赠送给女方父母，以此向他们表达养育之恩。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条第一款禁止以任何方式进行包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。所以按照当地习俗给付彩礼的，应在可接受范围内。
