释义	公司破产前已经立案的案件，在法院受理破产申请后，案件就中止审理。等到管理人接管财产后，就会恢复审理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二十条人民法院受理破产申请后，已经开始而尚未终结的有关债务人的民事诉讼或者仲裁应当中止管理人接管债务人的财产后，该诉讼或者仲裁继续进行。第二十一条人民法院受理破产申请后，有关债务人的民事诉讼，只能向受理破产申请的人民法院提起。
