释义	法律分析：股东一般情况下是不会被限高的。对于有限公司欠债股东在一般的情况下是不会被限高的，公司欠债是属于公司的行为，只要股东实施了自己出资的义务，就不会为此而承担任何的责任，但如果公司的财产不够清偿的话，股东也会为自己的出资额部份承担责任的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
