释义	法律分析：父母欠钱不会影响子女贷款。一般亲属的信用只会对配偶有影响。父债子还是没有法律依据的，债权人的债权只能向债务人行使。但是，如果有遗产，子女只在继承的遗产范围内偿还父亲的债务，超出继承遗产的部分是没有法律依据替父亲偿还的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
