释义	法律分析：一般的正式员工在公司中都是要求的提前30天提出辞职，如果是试用期的员工的话，可以提前3天申请辞职，提前半个月这种情况有的单位有可能不会同意但是不犯法。除非是依据第三十八条的规定提出解除劳动合同，不用提前30天，也不用批准，而且，用人单位还必须按照劳动合同法第十六条第四十七条的规定，支付每工作一年一个月工资的经济补偿金。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
