消费者组织可以牟利方式推荐商品和服务吗
释义
根据国家的规定，消费者组织属于非营利性组织，是不可以从事商品经营和营利性服务，不得以牟利为目的的向社会推荐商品服务。否则，管理消费组织的行政机关有权对该组织进行处罚。法律依据:《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第三十八条消费者组织不得从事商品经营和营利性服务，不得以收取费用或者其他牟取利益的方式向消费者推荐商品和服务。
