释义	法律分析：看该股东实缴完没有。不管是显名股东还是隐名股东，如果该股东按照章程的约定实缴完认缴出资了。这时候，股东不需对其他公司债务负责任(破坏公司财产独立性的除外)。如果认缴的出资没有实缴完毕，那么股东应当继续在认缴的范围内出资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
