色弱是否影响换驾驶证呢 |

法律分析：根据我国相关法律的规定，只有红绿色盲者是不可以考取驾照的。色弱有轻重之分，通常是先天遗传的，后天性色觉异常比较少见，多半都是视网膜有了病变的后果，去医院判断色弱是否影响驾驶。色弱也并不一定就是红绿色弱，只要能够看清红绿灯。如果是先天的原因，目前尚缺乏特效治疗，可以针对性地戴用红或绿色软接触眼镜来矫正。色弱较轻能辨别红绿色是可以考取驾照的。如果色弱十分严重，那么需要医院检查鉴定，进行综合考量，来确定是否能够考取驾照。驾驶证到期换证体检一般不检查色弱。更换新的驾驶证应当在驾驶证期满前3个月办理换证手续，如果驾驶证有效期满后没换证，驾驶证属于失效状态。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》 第十二条 申请机动车驾驶证的人，应当符合下列规定：身体条件：1、身高：申请大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、大型货车、无轨电车准驾车型的，身高为155厘米以上。申请中型客车准驾车型的，身高为150厘米以上。2、视力：申请大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车、无轨电车或者有轨电车准驾车型的，两眼裸视力或者矫正视力达到对数视力表5.0以上。3、辨色力：无红绿色盲。
