问题	船舶所有权怎么转让
释义	船舶所有权转让应当向船舶登记机关登记。船舶所有权发生转移时，原船舶所有人应当持船舶所有权登记证书、船舶国籍证书和其他有关证明文件到船籍港船舶登记机关办理注销登记。对经审查符合本条例规定的，船籍港船舶登记机关应当注销该船舶在船舶登记簿上的所有权登记以及与之相关的登记，收回有关登记证书，并向船舶所有人出具相应的船舶登记注销证明书。向境外出售的船舶，船舶登记机关可以根据具体情况出具注销国籍的证明书或者将于重新登记时立即注销国籍的证明书。法律依据《船舶登记条例》第三十九条
