法律分析:
汽车票可以退的。退票办理是要扣12%的手续费。班车离开车时间2小时前办理退票，按票面额10%计收退票费，不足3角按3角计算;班车离开车时间2小时以内办理退票，按票面额20%计收退票费，不足5角按5角计算;班车开车后1小时内办理退票。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百一十七条 为了公共利益的需要，依照法律规定的权限和程序征收、征用不动产或者动产的，应当给予公平、合理的补偿。
