释义	隧道内可以变道。但是隧道内不允许随意变道。法律规定：同车道行驶的机动车，后车应当与前车保持足以采取紧急制动措施的安全距离，行经铁路道口、交叉路口、窄桥、弯道、陡坡、隧道、人行横道、市区交通流量大的路段等没有超车条件的，不得超车。隧道变道违反指示标线行驶属于违章行为，如果被电子警察拍摄到就会处罚200元并扣3分处理。而且隧道内是有违章拍照的，但并不是所有隧道都有，因此变道不一定会被拍到，但如果因隧道变道而引发交通事故就一定会追究责任。
