释义	《破产法》第七十九条,债务人或者管理人应当自人民法院裁定债务人重整之日起六个月内，同时向人民法院和债权人会议提交重整计划草案。前款规定的期限届满，经债务人或者管理人请求，有正当理由的，人民法院可以裁定延期三个月。债务人或者管理人未按期提出重整计划草案的，人民法院应当裁定终止重整程序，并宣告债务人破产。第八十条,债务人自行管理财产和营业事务的，由债务人制作重整计划草案。管理人负责管理财产和营业事务的，由管理人制作重整计划草案。法律依据《破产法》第七十九条、第八十条
