释义	过期会自动注销作废，要重新考试。根据法律规定，特种作业操作证需要复审的，应当在期满前60日内，由申请人或者申请人的用人单位向原考核发证机关或者从业所在地考核发证机关提出申请，并提交下列材料：(一)社区或者县级以上医疗机构出具的健康证明;(二)从事特种作业的情况;(三)安全培训考试合格记录。特种作业操作证有效期届满需要延期换证的，应当按照前款的规定申请延期复审。法律依据《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》第二十二条
