释义	法律分析：视情况而定，不是所有工作都需要办理健康证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》第二十六条食品生产经营人员每年必须进行健康检查；新参加工作和临时参加工作的食品生产经营人员必须进行健康检查，取得健康证明后方可参加工作，否则违法。凡患有痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎等消化道传染病(包括病原携带者)，活动性肺结核，化脓性或者渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍食品卫生的疾病的，不得参加接触直接入口食品的工作。
