释义	国庆节假日高速免费是以小客车出收费站时间为准的。如果在收费期间提前上高速，到9月30号晚上12点（即10月1号零点）以后下高速，那是不收过路费的。但要注意，提前上高速至10月1号零点之前出本省的，那在经过省界收费站时，这段高速是要收过路费的。建议事先测算好出发时间，或出省前在附近服务区休息等待时间，待免费时间到了再出省界收费站，这样就不用付过路费。法律依据《道路交通安全法》第三十九条
