释义	法律分析：根据规定，在乘坐出租车时是不可以携带宠物的。法律依据：《出租汽车经营服务管理规定》第二十六条出租汽车乘客应当遵守下列规定：（一）不得携带易燃、易爆、有毒等危害公共安全的物品乘车；（二）不得携带宠物和影响车内卫生的物品乘车；（三）不得向驾驶员提出违反道路交通安全法规的要求；（四）不得向车外抛洒物品，不得破坏车内设施设备；（五）醉酒者或者精神病患者乘车的，应当有陪同（监护）人员；（六）遵守电召服务规定，按照约定的时间和地点乘车；（七）按照规定支付车费。
