问题	拟制血亲之间可以结婚吗
释义	婚姻法对拟制旁系血亲，如养兄弟姐妹之间，未作出明确规定。但此类婚姻从立法的初衷来看，拟制旁系血亲因不存在实际的血缘关系不应在禁止之列。拟制血亲是指本无直接血缘关系，法律上确认其享有与自然血亲同等地位的亲属。法律亦明确规定养父母与养子女间的关系适用婚姻法对父母子女间的有关规定，故养父与养女、养母与养子之间的通婚不大适宜。【法律依据】《婚姻法》第七条禁止结婚，有下列情形之一的，禁止结婚：（一）直系血亲和三代以内的旁系血亲；（二）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病。
