女儿嫁出去有养自己父母的责任吗

释义

法律主观：

赡养父母不是权利而是义务。嫁出去的女儿有赡养父母的义务。赡养父母是有负担能力的子女的法定义务，不会因为任何原因消除。所以出嫁的女儿除非因为各种原因丧失劳动能力，确实没有负担能力了，否则都要赡养父母。

法律客观：

《民法典》第二十六条【父母子女之间的法律义务】父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
