劫狱一般会被判几年？
释义
法院对聚众持械劫狱罪中的首要分子和积极参加者，一般会判十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；情节特别严重的，会判死刑；对其他参加者，会判三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三百一十七条 组织越狱的首要分子和积极参加的，处五年以上有期徒刑；其他参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。暴动越狱或者聚众持械劫狱的首要分子和积极参加的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；情节特别严重的，处死刑；其他参加的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
