如果司法鉴定造假，情节严重的，会判刑。如果情节不严重，一般予以行政处罚。根据法律规定，司法鉴定具体是指在诉讼活动中鉴定人运用科学技术或者专门知识对诉讼涉及的专门性问题进行鉴别和判断并提供鉴定意见的活动。《刑事诉讼法》第一百四十六条
为了查明案情，需要解决案件中某些专门性问题的时候，应当指派、聘请有专门知识的人进行鉴定。
第一百四十七条
鉴定人进行鉴定后，应当写出鉴定意见，并且签名。
鉴定人故意作虚假鉴定的，应当承担法律责任。
