释义	法律分析：如果您存在违停情况，贴一张罚单。违章停车，车子没有移动过的话，24小时内只能开一次罚单，超过多次可以申诉撤销的。当事人的同一违法行为，不得给予两次及以上的行政处罚。也就是说一天内在同一个地方违停，只接受一次处罚就可以了，就算车上贴了两张，交警录入系统的时候也只会录入一次，万一录入两次也可以申请行政复议而消除的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十四条对当事人的同一个违法行为，不得给予两次以上罚款的行政处罚。
