释义	法律分析：经公司董事会（或股东大会）研究决定：自某年某月某日起更换法人代表为某某某。本人服从董事会（或股东大会）决定，同意更换。特此证明。公司的法定代表人常被简称为法人，一个公司只能有一个法人，一般是由董事长、执行董事、总经理或CEO担任。出于公司的发展或战略调整等原因，公司法人有时候就需要由一人变更为另一个人，这就是大家常说的法人变更。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五十七条法人是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织。
