问题	计生办怎样删除档案？
释义	按照规定，计划生育技术服务档案自录入之日起7天内，各级服务型用户可以自行删除由本单位创立的档案。超过7天，创立档案的单位便不再拥有删除权限。各级计生机构根据需要有删除档案需求的需向国家人口计生委科研所提出申请，并准确填写删除档案申请表，然后将申请表以邮件形式发给系统管理员。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
