释义	法律分析：无期徒刑不是在监狱呆一辈子。对被判处无期徒刑的罪犯，在判决宣判之日起两年期间后确有悔改表现，或者立功表现，或者有重大立功表现的，减为有期徒刑，被判处无期徒刑的罪犯减为有期徒刑后，就有具体的刑期，就不会在监狱呆一辈子。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十八条刑以后实际执行的刑期，判处管制、拘役、有期徒刑的，不能少于原判刑期的二分之一;判处无期徒刑的，不能少于十年。
