《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法实施办法》 第九条 密级确定以后，确定密级的机关、单位发现不符合保密范围规定的，应当及时纠正；上级机关或者有关保密工作部门发现不符合保密范围规定的，应当及时通知确定密级的机关、单位纠正。
