西安市怎么换驾驶证 |
| 释义 |
西安市换驾驶证的流程如下：
1、带上驾驶证原件，身份证；
2、在交警大队换证窗口领取换证申请表。可以咨询工作人员填写那些资料；
3、交警大队缴费窗口缴纳体检费60元左右。换证工本费10元，数码照像费20元；
4、然后拿上缴费单去体检，照像；
5、最后回到原来换证窗口领取新证。
需要的材料：
1、机动车驾驶人的身份证明；
2、机动车驾驶证；
3、填写《机动车驾驶证申请表》；
4、3张一寸白底免冠彩照。
驾驶证换证体检项目：
1、身高，不限；
2、视力，两眼裸视力或者矫正视力达到对数视力表4.9以上；
3、辨色力，无红绿色盲；
4、听力，两耳分别距音叉50厘米能辨别声源方向；
5、上肢，双手拇指健全，每只手其他手指必须有三指健全，肢体和手指运动功能正常；
6、下肢，运动功能正常，下肢不等长度不得大于5厘米；
7、躯干、颈部，无运动功能障碍。
法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十三条
机动车驾驶人应当于机动车驾驶证有效期满前九十日内，向机动车驾驶证核发地或者核发地以外的车辆管理所申请换证。申请时应当确认申请信息，并提交以下证明、凭证：
（一）机动车驾驶人的身份证明；
（二）医疗机构出具的有关身体条件的证明。
