释义	法律分析：合同复印件的法律效力与原件不同。如果复印件和原件核对一致，那么具有一定的法律效力，但是比原件的法律效力低。除非合同签订双方再复印件上重新签字，并注明经双方协商，该复印件经双方签字后，与原件享受等同效力。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第十条当事人向人民法院提供证据应当提供原件或者原物。如需自己保存证据原件、原物或者提供原件、原物确有困难的可以提供经人民法院核对无异的复制件或者复制品。
