释义	法律分析：借呗用来炒股一定会被查到的。一般借呗是有使用限制的，不能用于投资性消费中，一旦被系统查证，个人确有使用借呗借款炒股行为，不仅借呗账户会被停用，相关借款也会被追回。法律依据：《中华人民共和国证券法》第一百九十九条法律、行政法规规定禁止参与股票交易的人员，直接或者以化名、借他人名义持有、买卖股票的，责令依法处理非法持有的股票，没收违法所得，并处以买卖股票等值以下的罚款；属于国家工作人员的，还应当依法给予行政处分。
