释义	1、必须由遗嘱人亲自制作，并亲自叙述遗嘱的全部内容; 2、必须请两个以上的见证人在场作证; 3、录音开始时，遗嘱人、见证人必须分别说明自己的姓名、性别、年龄、籍贯、职业、所在工作单位和家庭住址等; 4、遗嘱人必须说明制作录音遗嘱的具体地址和年、月、日、时; 5、录音制作完毕，应当密封保存，并在封面上由遗嘱人、见证人签名，注明年、月、日。然后，由遗嘱人或交见证人保管; 6、继承开始，由见证人及继承人到场并检验封皮的完好情况。
