个体工商户经营的范围

释义

法律主观：

个体工商户是有经营范围的，并且会被载明在营业执照上。个体工商户可以在国家法律和政策允许的范围内，经营工业、手工业、建筑业、交通运输业、商业、饮食业、服务业修理业及其他行业。若是经营范围变更的，应当及时登记。

法律客观：

《个体工商户条例》第四条国家对个体工商户实行市场平等准入、公平待遇的原则。申请办理个体工商户登记，申请登记的经营范围不属于法律、行政法规禁止进入的行业的，登记机关应当依法予以登记。
