释义	法律分析：涉嫌是指有跟某件事情有关的嫌疑。涉嫌是官方说法，在法院没有生效判决某个人有罪之前，都叫做涉嫌。但是现在用“涉嫌”这个词主要是为了体现刑法“保障人权、惩罚犯罪”原则中的“保障人权”，依据相关法律规定“未经人民法院判决不得认定任何人是有罪的”，也就是说即使很明确某人就是犯案的人员，在法院未宣判前都是使用“涉嫌”这个词的。法律依据：《刑法》第三条法律明文规定为犯罪行为的，依照法律定罪处刑;法律没有明文规定为犯罪行为的，不得定罪处刑。
