释义	父母赠与合同不是必须公证。赠与合同可以公证，也可以不公证。公证赠与合同更有证明力，当事人申请办理赠与公证时，必须亲自到住所地或遗赠行为地的公证机构提出申请，不得委托他人代理，当事人到公证机构有困难的，公证机构可根据其申请派公证员到遗赠人的居住地办理。赠与合同不可撤销赠予。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
