释义	法律分析：专利检索之目的，是为了有效率地收集最新之专利资讯，以窥得目前相关技术的发展情况，并可参考他人研究成果来缩短研发经费与时间的投入，也能进行回避设计以避免侵犯他人之专利权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第五条对违反法律、社会公德或者妨害公共利益的发明创造，不授予专利权。对违反法律、行政法规的规定获取或者利用遗传资源，并依赖该遗传资源完成的发明创造，不授予专利权。
