释义	法律分析：实践中，为了照顾怀孕妇女，一般孕妇不会被判处死刑。但是，孕妇犯罪了，一样还是需要承担相应的刑事责任，会怎么判刑还是按照法律上的规定。但是被判处拘役、三年以下有期徒刑的怀孕女性，在满足一定条件时，会被宣告缓刑。如果是被判处有期徒刑或拘役，孕妇也可以申请暂予监外执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十五条对怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女，采取取保候审不致发生社会危险性的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人，可以取保候审。
