双方不见面如何签合同
释义
双方不见面，合同当事人可以通过签订电子合同或者委托他人代为签订合同。也可以由一方先签字盖章后邮寄给另一方，另一方再签字盖章。需要双方当事人对合同内容达成一致意见，一方当事人先签字盖章，然后邮寄给对方进行确签章。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条 委托代理授权采用书面形式的，授权委托书应当载明代理人的姓名或者名称、代理事项、权限和期限，并由被代理人签名或者盖章。
