有转账记录还要写收据吗

法律分析：转账记录与收据的法律效力不同。收据可以直接证明收款的事实。而转账记录，只能证明双方之间有金钱往来，不能直接证明是收取的什么款项，还需要有其他证据加以佐证。

证据必须查证属实，才能作为认定事实的根据。
