释义	委托书实际就是简单的委托合同，没有公证的委托书是有效的，公证并不是必要程序，公证的目是为了防止委托书不是委托人本人所签署。一般的个人授权委托书，不需要公证。但办理房产等产权登记手续的授权委托书，登记部门很难判定真伪，为了慎重起见，要求公证。《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
