释义	法律分析：宅基地上的房屋倒塌了是可以申请重建的，村民带上用地申请书、建房申请表及原来的宅基地使用证，去村委会申请。一般情况下，原来宅基地上房屋倒塌，都是原地重建。这里要注意，如果倒塌后两年没有申请的，村委会可以将宅基地收回。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百六十四条宅基地因自然灾害等原因灭失的，宅基地使用权消灭。对失去宅基地的村民，应当依法重新分配宅基地。
