释义	法律分析：合同复印件的法律效力没有原件高的，在当事人提供原件有困难的情况下才可以提供复印件。由双方当事人在各文本上签字或盖章的这些所有的文本均应视为原件，其余的都是复印件或者扫描件，除非有证据证明复制件与原件一致，否则不生证明效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十条书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。提交外文书证，必须附有中文译本。
