怀孕期间可以让孕妇待岗吗
释义
根据法律规定，女职工在孕期，用人单位不得降低其基本工资，待岗属于变相降低劳动报酬、变相的裁员。如果签订了劳动合同，应当以合同约定期限为准，未签订合同的要追究企业法律责任。法条根据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》 第五条 用人单位不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳而降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。
