释义	法律分析：单位以现金的形式发放工资不需要理由的，单位是可以以现金发放的形式支付员工工资，但是建议用银行转账。结合劳动部发布的《工资支付暂行规定》、政府出台的《企业工资支付条例》，两部法规并没有禁止企业以现金形式支付工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行条例》第四条工资支付主要包括:工资支付项目、工资支付水平、工资支付形式、工资支付对象、工资支付时间以及特殊情况下的工资支付。第五条工资应当以法定货币支付。不得以实物及有价证券替代货币支付。
